Chlorine and Corrosion-Free Clean
One common practice in the pressure washing industry is the method of "soft washing" which claims to solve numerous problems related to the overuse of pressure. Soft washing involves the use of Sodium Hypochlorite (or "SH" which is found in household bleach). This method should be only used when the soil level is extremely heavy during an initial cleaning.
The untold horror of the overuse of the "Soft Wash" method is corrosion and runoff harming sensitive environments such as gardens, koi ponds, decorative plants, streams and fish ponds. We have seen so-called "friendly" bleach kill certain plants and fish!
The chlorine in Sodium Hypochlorite can also oxidize sensitive surfaces and machinery such as aluminum surfaces, electric components and porch ceiling fans!
